My name is Ella Pruitt, and I’ve been a brand strategist, creative thinker, and driver of innovation from the age of 8 years old. Raised by entrepreneurs, I have a deep passion for merging art and design with business growth and success.

I am a Parsons School of Design graduate and Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Morning Coffee Creative Branding & Marketing Agency, where I lead client-facing initiatives, develop high-level marketing strategies, and drive brand development across diverse industries. I have worked with a variety of clients, including interior design studios, food and beverage brands, nightlife venues, and hospitality businesses, creating cohesive brand identities, campaigns, and visual experiences that make an impact.

In addition to strategy and execution, I hire, mentor, and manage interns while overseeing project delivery, partnerships, and creative asset development. My earlier roles as a Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator, and Creative Direction Intern at MEMBERS ONLY helped me refine my expertise in brand strategy, campaign planning, and team leadership.
